Purchase & Return Conditions

AGE

You must be at least 18 years old or older to visit the Drake's website and to be able to order on the Drake's website.

SUPPLY CONDITIONS

Your order is being treated with the greatest care. The delivery period to most countries is within 10 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after your order has been placed. If the delivery period will be longer, then we will send you an email about the delivery period of your order. Normally our products are in stock and get shipped the same working day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

All products can be returned within 7 working days after delivery. The products have to be sealed with the original Drake's sticker and in mint condition.

For returning please follow the next steps:

- Contact us by email (info@drakes.nl) concerning the items you would like to return and/or exchange.
- Please note in your email the number of your order.

- After approval of  your return request, we will give you our return shipping information.

- The shippingcosts for returning or exchanging a product, are for the customer.

- After we receive your package and inspected the conditions, we will refund your purchased amount or ship you the replacement item(s).

- You will be notified of the process by email.
